Where’s the model number located?
Your product’s model number (which typically looks like M-RBU126, V-UMB46, Y-UV90, R-IG7, etc. ) can usually be found:
- On the bottom or rear of the product
- On a label inside the battery compartment or underneath the batteries
- Behind foam ear cushion (for earphones) or underneath the headband
- On a label attached to the USB end of the cable
